Troy founded New Frontier Capital to make a positive impact on the rural American business community by preserving the legacy of founders and keeping ownership local.  Having grown up in southeast Kansas, Troy has a deep appreciation for rural America and understands the importance that local businesses have on their communities.

Early on, Troy spent many years working in small and medium-sized businesses where he performed various tasks including working directly with presidents and owners.  Throughout his professional career, Troy have gained significant corporate experience from working at Wurth Baer Supply Company and Mohawk Industries, where his efforts have been primarily focused on the sales function.  This experience has shaped his strengths in sales, sales leadership, and market expansion through organic growth and acquisition.
